We invite you to join the Hispanic Officers Advisory Committee in its endeavors to expand the visibility, impact, and role of Hispanic Officers in the USPHS and raise awareness about critical public health issues affecting the Hispanic community.

Roll up your sleeves and help HOAC achieve its mission and objectives by applying to become a voting member. HOAC membership consists of no more than 20 voting members, and an unlimited number of general members (non-voting members). Anyone can be a general member, just join us at our next meeting.
To become a voting member you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Active duty Commissioned Corps Officers who meet
OFRD basic readiness requirements; or
- Full-time PHS Civil Servants
- Express an interest in Hispanic issue
Complete the membership application
and submit it to our Nominations and Membership Subcommittee Chair.
